African Adventures work with 29 partner schools in developing areas of Ghana, Kenya and Zanzibar, and specialise in life-changing scout trips for young people to volunteer at them, helping to contribute to long-term sustainable development in Africa.
They have been organising volunteer trips to Africa for over 15 years and work with a range of scout groups, including Kent Scouts, who have run multiple trips to Ghana and Zanzibar with them and will be returning to Ghana in 2026 and Zanzibar 2027. They make organising a trip as simple as possible, to allow groups to focus on making a difference and supporting your scouts to learn new skills, explore a new culture, and increase their understanding of global citizenship.
